Spiced Persian Lamb Nacho Recipe

Spiced Persian lamb nacho recipe… just saying that makes me hungry!! Who doesn’t love a giant heap of nachos!?! I adore them! Except, I am not a fan of cheese unless of course it’s on pizza but even then, it needs to be the thinnest layer of cheese going!

So, due to my cheese aversion I have been playing around with recipes for this simple but tasty snack and came up with this spiced Persian lamb nacho recipe. I absolutely love it! It’s a huge crowd pleaser when you have guests over. If you have a middle eastern party night coming up give these a go and let me know what you think!
